Kaylan

Kaylan is a multidisciplinary brand strategist, creative director, and producer with nearly a decade of experience building legacy brands, leading live events, and designing community activations across hospitality, art, music, wellness, and lifestyle. She specializes in full-spectrum creative direction—from branded photography and videography to original editorial content, podcasts, and digital multimedia storytelling.

Driven by a lifelong vision to turn bold ideas into tangible experiences, Kaylan launched her first major platform in 2016 with THE VISIONARY BOSS® , a digital editorial publication, online shop, and podcast tailored for modern founders and tastemakers. Building on that momentum, she founded SUBURB POP in 2017, bringing immersive shopping, culinary, and art pop-ups to Tampa while creating a high-visibility platform for local small businesses.

Beyond her own ventures, Kaylan has spearheaded marketing campaigns, event programming, and social strategy for professional sports groups, wellness brands, and hospitality leaders. Her agency work spans commercial media production, live show execution, and aesthetic event styling for luxury hotels, conferences, and high-profile private occasions.

Kaylan holds a BA in Communication and Business Analytics & Information Systems, as well as an MBA in Data Analytics.
